# Eric Kimbarl

Cumming, GA

Eric Kimbarl writes songs from a life lived in Forsyth County, Georgia—where back roads, muscle cars, lifelong friendships, and family have given him plenty of stories to tell. Rooted in Southern rock, country, and blues, his music moves from roaring engines and Friday-night adventures to the quieter moments that stay with you: watching your children grow up, remembering someone you’ve lost, finding strength in faith, and loving the person who’s been beside you through it all. A husband, father of three sons, and small-business owner, Eric brings a working man’s perspective to his songwriting. His songs draw on real people and personal memories, whether he’s honoring an old friend, remembering a childhood hero, or looking back on the night he met his wife, Kelley, while cruising through town. What began as a way to put memories and feelings into words became a way to connect with others. At the heart of every song is a simple hope: that someone listening will hear a piece of their own life and say, “That’s me.”
