By creating an account and using Song Refiners, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. AI Analysis Consent

By submitting songs to Song Refiners, you expressly consent to having your audio files and lyrics analyzed by artificial intelligence systems. This AI analysis is essential to providing our song review service. The AI will evaluate aspects including but not limited to: lyrics, melody, production quality, arrangement, and commercial potential.

3. Content Ownership & Rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit any songs and lyrics to our service. You retain all ownership rights to your content. Song Refiners does not claim any ownership over your submitted songs or lyrics.

4. Data Handling

Your uploaded audio files and lyrics are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of generating your song reviews. We do not sell, share, or distribute your content to third parties, except as necessary to provide our AI analysis service.

5. Review Disclaimer

AI-generated reviews are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Reviews represent automated analysis and should not be considered professional music industry advice. Scores and feedback are subjective assessments generated by AI and may not reflect commercial success or artistic merit.

6. Limitation of Liability

Song Refiners is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated reviews.

7. Credits & Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another account. Upon account deletion, cancellation, or termination of service, any unused credits are permanently forfeited with no compensation or refund. We encourage users to purchase only the credits they anticipate using. Credits do not expire.

8. AI-Generated Music ("The Catalyst")

Audio files generated through The Catalyst feature are created using AI music generation technology and are licensed for personal, non-commercial, demo use only.

You may NOT:

• Sell, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated audio
• Claim full copyright ownership over AI-generated audio
• Upload AI-generated audio to streaming platforms for monetization
• Use AI-generated audio in commercial products or advertisements
• Submit AI-generated audio to music publishers or record labels as original works

AI-generated audio is provided "as is" for evaluation and creative development purposes only. By using The Catalyst, you acknowledge these limitations and agree to hold Song Refiners harmless from any claims arising from misuse of AI-generated content.

9. AI-Generated Music ("The Generator")

Audio files generated through The Generator feature are created using AI music generation technology and are licensed for personal, non-commercial, demo use only.

You may NOT:

• Sell, distribute, or commercially exploit AI-generated audio
• Claim full copyright ownership over AI-generated audio
• Upload AI-generated audio to streaming platforms for monetization
• Use AI-generated audio in commercial products or advertisements
• Submit AI-generated audio to music publishers or record labels as original works
• Remove or alter embedded metadata identifying the content as AI-generated

AI-generated audio is provided "as is" for evaluation and creative development purposes only. Files contain embedded metadata identifying them as demo content.

10. Defamation and Malicious Conduct

At Song Refiners, we value constructive feedback and strive to provide excellent service. However, we do not tolerate defamatory, libelous, or maliciously false campaigns against our brand. Users agree not to publish, share, or promote false or defamatory statements regarding Song Refiners, our technology, or our team members across social media, public forums, or other digital platforms. Should a user be found engaging in malicious defamation or targeted harassment against Song Refiners, we reserve the right to immediately terminate their account, forfeit any remaining credits or subscriptions without refund, and permanently block their IP address from our servers to protect our community and business operations.
